Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all our orders by courier.

If you wish to pick up your order from the store please contact us at customercare@mariasozou.com to book an appointment.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an additional email with tracking information for your package.

We process all our orders during working days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays (including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, 26/12, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, on the 2nd of January and 15th of August.

We do our best to dispatch items within 10 working days, however we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

All our prices include the European VAT. If your shipping address is located outside the EU you will be exempt of this tax and your tax discount will be calculated automatically at checkout.

We ship all our products from Greece. If the shipping address of your order is located outside the EU, then please keep in mind that import duties and taxes might occur at customs at the local airport.

We do not make deliveries to mailboxes.

In case of events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event) we are not to be held responsible for not delivering your order.

Shipping costs:

We offer free shipping on all orders over €350 throughout Greece.
For orders within Greece: € 6.99
For orders within Europe: € 10.99

 

RETURN POLICY

You can return the purchased items within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the order.

To start a return, contact us at customercare@mariasozou.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

We accept returns only if:

- The item you wish to return is in the same condition that you received it.

- The item you wish to return is unused.

- The item you wish to return is in its original packaging.

- The receipt or proof of purchase is returned.

- The return is made within 14 days from the date you received the order.

- You contact us at customercare@mariasozou.com to start the return process.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the return and shipping costs. We are not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during transport. We suggest using a trackable shipping service like DHL, National Mail or courier. We only accept recorded packages.

We do not accept returns on pieces that are made-to-order, or personalised. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund will take place within 14 days from the day we receive the package. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In case of a defective product or wrong shipment please contact us, in order to proceed with the replacement of the product or refund to the account you have disclosed.

You must return the product to us along with the receipt or invoice by courier at the recipient's expense. If the return conditions are met, we shall proceed with the replacement or refund. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you and the shipping costs will be borne by you.
